Amazing position, we enjoyed staying here.

our experience here was such wonderful. the property was fairly clean and staff was amicable and very attentive. the room was huge, carpeted and had climate control and big windows. the bed was very clean and bathroom was nice.

As for me, the location was comfortable and absolutely perfect, so close to good Italian restaurant and others as well as West Virginia.

Just a fine choice for a relaxing holiday in Beckley with all in all great value for money. The room was compact, but it was nice to have a clean space without carpeting. Make sure to ask about pet fees upfront.

Fairly clean brand-new hotel with very friendly staff. A nice size room and nice bathroom with a shower and hair dryers. Pancakes, eggs and sausages served in the morning.

Modern decor with inviting aesthetics throughout. The cozy seating areas in the lobby were a welcome spot to relax and socialize.

Dog waste around the grassy areas presented a significant inconvenience for pet owners. The lack of microwaves in the rooms was disappointing, especially as they were advertised. The noise from upstairs created disturbances, and I found limited storage space in the room, feel cramped with luggage in sight. The absence of ice machines on every floor meant extra walks to the main level for refreshments.

We had a fantastic stay with cozy hanging chairs in the lobby and a tasty breakfast spread that kept us fueled. The vibe was super chill, with a nice seating area where we relaxed after exploring. Just a heads up, I wish there was a pool for a little extra fun, but we had a great time regardless! 😊

More signage for amenities would be helpful.

The king room wasnice and neat. Breakfast options were adequate for travelers, and the staff were friendly. Being within walking distance of some great food options made for an easy dinner before hitting the road again. No major issues encountered .

Totally recommend for a city trip

Clean room, clean shower, with comfortable air conditioning and fast wi-fi that helped us enjoy our stay and plan for the nearby attractions, just 19 km from the nearest airport.
